Forget Me

This takedown request form creates a ticket notifying our Data Protect Officer that you would like to be removed from our records and correspondence. On receiving this the DPO will action the secure deletion of any and all information identifying you, where possible in accordance with our Data Protection Policies. You will then receive a report via email informing you of what information we held and what was erased.

We are aware of the irony of you having to contact us to be forgotten and therefore confirm this request will be completely confidential to our DPO, and your contact information submitted here will not be shared with any colleagues, companies or affiliates. We value your trust and respect your privacy.
